Hey, I’m 14 and slightly self conscious about my body. I lost a lot of weight at was 97 lbs at 5’3. I gained the weight back because I wanted my health to be better. An now I’m 122 lbs. I want to get to 115-110 and stop about there.
Is that large?
Also if any healthy diet plans for losing about 5-10 lbs would be good. I’m in no rush to lose weight fast so a simple plan would be good.
