Average Body Measurements For A 14 Year Old Girl?

Hey, I’m 14 and slightly self conscious about my body. I lost a lot of weight at was 97 lbs at 5’3. I gained the weight back because I wanted my health to be better. An now I’m 122 lbs. I want to get to 115-110 and stop about there.
Hips-36-37 (varies)
Is that large?
Also if any healthy diet plans for losing about 5-10 lbs would be good. I’m in no rush to lose weight fast so a simple plan would be good.

    Umm, I’m not sure, but I’m 13, I’m 5’4 (or 162 cm to be exact) and last time I measured I was 96 pounds. I’m considered to be one of the healthiest girls in my class. However, I AM Asian so that’s probably why..haha…

    Your measurements seem healthy enough, and your weight is, too. I don’t know if there’s an ‘average’ measurement for girls, because there are 3 or 4 different body types distinguished by their shape, thus measurements. You seem in between a pear and hourglass shape, I don’t remember the exact measurements requirements. You can google it though. Anyways, you seem healthy. Simply put, just eat a lot of a fruits, vegetables, lean meats and fish, protein things such as cottage cheese, yogurt, peanut butter, and lots and lots and lots of water, plus some more water. Take vitamins at night, do cardio 5 times a week with approximately 3 days of weight training, you should be there in no time since you’re 14. Hope that helped!
